This photo shows the great famous Mechanical Striking Figure Clock at Sir John Bennetts, Cheapside, London.

London Clock makers Messrs. Sainsbury Bros, of Black Horse Lane, Waltham, London, who made and installed the Ramsey Memorial Clock mechanism, also made the striking clock shown in the centre of the photo.

This must have been a great honour for them because  Sir John Bennett was Watch Maker to the Queen (Victoria) and Clock Maker to the Royal Observatory.
